1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1.1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (48 hours) after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
1.2. Shipping Timelines (India)
We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are after the order is processed and dispatched :
Metro Cities: 4-5 business days.
Rest of India: Within 7 business days.
Remote/J&K/North East: 7+ business days.
Note: Timelines may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
1.3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, regardless of order value or payment method (Prepaid or COD).
1.4. Courier Partners
We use trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, India Post) to ensure safe delivery.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
2.1. Return Window
We offer a 7-Day return policy. This 7-day period starts from the day the item was delivered to the customer. You must initiate a return request within this period.
2.2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
2.3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts, or is not in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Items sold during specific “Final Sale” events.
2.4. Reverse Pickup Process
Standard Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address free of cost.
Self-Ship: If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the item back to our warehouse. We offer reimbursement for self-shipment costs.
3. REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.1. Refund Methods
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days after inspection.
COD Orders: You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
3.2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account statement again.
Contact your credit card company/bank (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. The full amount will be refunded.
After Dispatch / Refused Delivery (COD): If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery at the doorstep. In case of refusal of a COD order, any advance payment made (if applicable) will be refunded after deducting the original shipping and return logistics charges once the package returns to us.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Please take photos/videos of the package and the product immediately upon opening.
Email us at support@kzstore.in within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
